The outdoor space is perfect for entertaining and enjoyment with the large heated* pool with the Fire (mist) Breathing Dragon, elevated hot tub with views of Downtown Phoenix, large outdoor BBQ station, and firepit area with incredible views of Camelback. There is plenty of outdoor seating that is designed to take in all the views this home has to offer.

The design inside this home is intended to make the traveler feel at peace and comfortable as if they were in their own space. Warm design touches mixed with cozy furniture and bedding create a perfect refuge for relaxation and reflection. Enjoy the city views from the living spaces, play a few rounds of Golden Tee on the arcade game, or take a scenic hike of Camelback mountain.

-Occupancy is limited to the max amount of guests shown in the listing.
-A signed rental agreement is REQUIRED to book this home.‍
-No loud noise after 9pm. Violation of this rule will result in loss of security deposit and removal from the home without refund.
-Must be at least 30 years old to book.
-Do not tape anything to the walls and/or ceilings.
-Guests will be charge for any and all damage in the home resulting from their stay.
-There is no garage access at the home, however there is sizable room for parking in the driveway.
-Any items left behind can be sent back for a handling fee of $25 plus the cost to ship and must be prepared before the item will be sent.‍

Cancellation Policy: Reservations can be cancelled for a full refund within 72 hours of booking. After that, reservations can be cancelled up until 7 days prior to check in for a 50% refund. No refunds are given within 7 days of check in date.

If you wish to change dates or reduce your length of stay, you must do so within 72 hours from booking. After 72 hours, you may not reschedule your reservation dates.

Removing nights after 48 hours will fall under our standard cancellation policy. You will receive a 50% refund of the night(s) removed up until 7 days prior to check in. No refunds are given within 7 days of check in.
