Mornings begin with coffee on the sun-soaked patio, where desert skies stretch endlessly overhead. Practice your short game on the private putting green, then cool off in the expansive heated pool before slipping into the built-in spa with a cocktail in hand.
Inside, soaring ceilings, sleek finishes, and walls of glass create a sense of openness and ease. The home’s 7 bedrooms offer space for up to 20 guests to rest, recharge, and reconnect.
Spend the afternoons firing up the built-in BBQ, playing ping pong or cornhole, or lounging poolside while the desert breeze rolls in. As the sun sets, gather around the firepit with your crew for starlit conversations and nightcaps.

Bed Setup:
Primary Bedroom: 1 King Bed, Ensuite Bathroom, Backyard Access
2nd Bedroom: 1 King Bed, Ensuite Bathroom, Backyard Access
3rd Bedroom: 1 King Bed, Ensuite Bathroom, Backyard Access
4th Bedroom (2nd Primary): 1 King Bed, Ensuite Bathroom
5th Bedroom: 4 Queen Beds (Bunk Style, 2 Queen-over-Queen Sets)
6th Bedroom: 1 King Bed, Ensuite Bathroom (Jack & Jill), Backyard Access
7th Bedroom: 1 King Bed, Ensuite Bathroom

Pool Heating*
There is an additional fee of $225 per night to heat up the swimming pool with a three night minimum. This is paid after the reservation is made.

The space
The entire home is yours to enjoy during your stay.
Guest access
An electronic code will be provided to you 7 days before check-in.
Interaction with guests
We are available as much or as little as you desire. Our office and homes are nearby so anyone from our staff can accommodate your needs.
House Rules:
-No professional photo/video shoots unless approved.
-Occupancy is limited to the max amount of guests shown in the listing.
-A signed rental agreement is REQUIRED to book this home.
-No loud noise after 9pm. Violation of this rule will result in loss of security deposit and removal from the home without refund.
-Must be at least 30 years old to book.
-Do not tape anything to the walls and/or ceilings.
-Guests will be charge for any and all damage in the home resulting from their stay.
-Per city requirements, maximum family size is restricted to 6 adults and their related dependent children, up to 16 guests total.
-Any items left behind can be sent back for a handling fee of $25 plus the cost to ship and must be prepared before the item will be sent.
Cancellation Policy: Reservations can be cancelled for a full refund within 72 hours of booking. After that, reservations can be cancelled up until 7 days prior to check in for a 50% refund. No refunds are given within 7 days of check in date.
If you wish to change dates or reduce your length of stay, you must do so within 72 hours from booking. After 72 hours, you may not reschedule your reservation dates.
Removing nights after 72 hours will fall under our standard cancellation policy. You will receive a 50% refund of the night(s) removed up until 7 days prior to check in. No refunds are given within 7 days of check in.
