This recently remodeled property is perfectly situated in a quiet Sedona neighborhood, where you can walk to some of Sedona's best trails and also drive a short distance to the epicenter of uptown Sedona.
When you're not out exploring, this is the perfect home base to put your feet up and relax. In the private yard, you'll find a spacious hot tub, comfortable seating area with views of Cathedral Rock, a spacious outdoor dining space with room for 10, and a quality grill. Indoors you can enjoy the temperature controlled game room with foosball, ping pong, shuffleboard, and authentic juke box!
Comfort is of utmost importance when on vacation. The home is furnished with only quality furnishings and bedding. After a long day of play, it's nice knowing a good nights rest is not far away. Experience Sedona in the best way possible!

House Rules:
-No professional photo/video shoots unless approved.
-Occupancy is limited to the max amount of guests shown in the listing.
-A signed rental agreement is REQUIRED to book this home.
-No loud noise after 9pm. Violation of this rule will result in loss of security deposit and removal from the home without refund.
-Must be at least 30 years old to book.
-Do not tape anything to the walls and/or ceilings.
-Guests will be charge for any and all damage in the home resulting from their stay.
-There is no garage access at the home, however there is room for parking in the driveway.
-Any items left behind can be sent back for a handling fee of $25 plus the cost to ship and must be prepared before the item will be sent.
Cancellation Policy: Reservations can be cancelled for a full refund within 72 hours of booking. After that, reservations can be cancelled up until 7 days prior to check in for a 50% refund. No refunds are given within 7 days of check in date.
If you wish to change dates or reduce your length of stay, you must do so within 72 hours from booking. After 72 hours, you may not reschedule your reservation dates.
Removing nights after 72 hours will fall under our standard cancellation policy. You will receive a 50% refund of the night(s) removed up until 7 days prior to check in. No refunds are given within 7 days of check in.
