Perfectly positioned in Sedona, you'll never be too far to experience world-class hiking.
Our property boasts a beautifully designed, open concept floor plan for the entire group to feel at home. No matter if you're in the living room, the kitchen, or the front patio, the enchanting Sedona red canyons can be seen. The private backyard invites you to take a dip in the heated* pool after a beautiful hike anytime of year! This secluded backyard matched with Sedona's Dark Sky Policy ensures that all guests will experience an unobstructed view of the stars and planets overhead.
The fully furnished, chef-ready kitchen features all upscale appliances including a 6 burner gas cooktop and oven, coffee bar, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, and loads of pantry space! Also includes plenty of spacious seating with a family-sized kitchen island (seating for 4) and a dining table (seating for 7) overlooking the pool waterfall.

Bedroom 1 - Master Bedroom consisting of a King bed, a work desk with lovely natural lighting, and views of the natural Sedona landscape outside. It's the perfect to place to unwind with the spacious free standing bathtub and walk-in shower.
Bedroom 2 - Queen bed provides a sense of comfort with all new bed, bedding, and calming decoration to soothe your soul. The second full bathroom is just steps away.
Bedroom 3 - 2 Full beds also come with new beds and bedding, along with a soft ottoman and clean design. The third full bathroom is right outside of the bedroom door.

*Pool Heating* - There is an additional cost to heat the pool of $100 per night, with a 3 night minimum.
House Rules:
-No professional photo/video shoots unless approved.
-Occupancy is limited to the max amount of guests shown in the listing.
-A signed rental agreement is REQUIRED to book this home.
-No loud noise after 9pm. Violation of this rule will result in loss of security deposit and removal from the home without refund.
-Must be at least 30 years old to book.
-Do not tape anything to the walls and/or ceilings.
-Guests will be charge for any and all damage in the home resulting from their stay.
-Any items left behind can be sent back for a handling fee of $25 plus the cost to ship and must be prepared before the item will be sent.
Cancellation Policy: Reservations can be cancelled for a full refund within 72 hours of booking. After that, reservations can be cancelled up until 7 days prior to check in for a 50% refund. No refunds are given within 7 days of check in date.
If you wish to change dates or reduce your length of stay, you must do so within 72 hours from booking. After 72 hours, you may not reschedule your reservation dates.
Removing nights after 72 hours will fall under our standard cancellation policy. You will receive a 50% refund of the night(s) removed up until 7 days prior to check in. No refunds are given within 7 days of check in.
