Looking for your very own mini-resort located in an upscale neighborhood, close to local attractions in Scottsdale? Good news, you found your vacation destination! Make this your home base while visiting for a golf trip, family vacation, reunion, or to just get some AZ sun! This home comes equipped with excellent features to keep you busy at all times.
Our favorite amenities include the heated pool, hot tub, fire-pit, ramada with misting system, manicured landscaping, man cave/game room, and the indoor/outdoor living space in this home. The home itself is spacious yet comfortable. It has great areas for everyone to get together and hang out, but also plenty of areas perfect for privacy to read a book, get some work done, or just have some alone time. Quality beds and bedding make for a good nights rest, and we know how important that is when vacationing.
This location is central to Scottsdale, making it easy to get to shops, restaurants, hiking, site seeing, etc. The neighborhood is known for large lots, luxury estate style homes, and peace and quiet. This is the perfect place for those looking to be close to all the action, while also being able to enjoy a private space.

*Pool Heating*
There is an additional fee of $150 per night to heat up the swimming pool with a three night minimum.
House Rules:
-No professional photo/video shoots unless approved.
-Occupancy is limited to the max amount of guests shown in the listing.
-A signed rental agreement is REQUIRED to book this home.
-No loud noise after 9pm. Violation of this rule will result in loss of security deposit and removal from the home without refund.
-Must be at least 30 years old to book.
-Do not tape anything to the walls and/or ceilings.
-Guests will be charge for any and all damage in the home resulting from their stay.
-Per city requirements, maximum family size is restricted to 6 adults and their related dependent children, up to 11 guests total.
-Any items left behind can be sent back for a handling fee of $25 plus the cost to ship and must be prepared before the item will be sent.
Cancellation Policy: Reservations can be cancelled for a full refund within 72 hours of booking. After that, reservations can be cancelled up until 7 days prior to check in for a 50% refund. No refunds are given within 7 days of check in date.
If you wish to change dates or reduce your length of stay, you must do so within 72 hours from booking. After 72 hours, you may not reschedule your reservation dates.
Removing nights after 72 hours will fall under our standard cancellation policy. You will receive a 50% refund of the night(s) removed up until 7 days prior to check in. No refunds are given within 7 days of check in.
