This spacious five-bedroom home with heated pool* awaits you in the heart of Scottsdale! It is often booked and rarely available. Read the reviews and see why. World-class golf courses are nearby, the Musical Instrument Museum is 5 minutes away and is a must-see, restaurants galore from casual to fine dining (local favorites are posted in the home for you to choose from with reviews), great shopping and 5-star spas in every direction just minutes from this beautiful home in the Kierland/Scottsdale Quarter area. Also newly decorated with cozy modern furnishings and fully stocked with great amenities, this is the perfect place to enjoy your desert vacation. There are 5 bedrooms (Queen, Double, Double and 2 singles, Office with Air Mattress if needed) and 2 full bathrooms stocked with luxury hotel quality bath towels, soaps, and hairdryer. We provide an assortment of books for leisurely reading, Apple TV / Smart TV’s to connect to Netflix, a fully stocked kitchen with cookware, bakeware, small appliances, utensils and even coffee and spices to get you started. The backyard has a sparkling play pool, large grassy areas, BBQ, dining table and 4 chaise loungers for soaking up the sun!
The home is very private and is located in a quiet neighborhood (home prices in the area average $800,000++) yet still just around the corner from countless golf courses, fine dining, upscale shopping, sports and entertainment venues, convenience shopping (grocery, drugstore, gas, salon, spa), The Mayo Clinic, movie theaters, and professional services. The home features wood tile flooring and designer carpet throughout, professional lighting in every room - a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessities for cooking a gourmet meal, hairdryers in the bathrooms, basic toiletries in the bathrooms to get you started. We provide bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, outdoor pool/spa towels.

*POOL HEATING:

This was a wonderful home for our family to gather in from all around the world. There was plenty of common space for us to visit and beds to sleep all of us. The weather didn't allow for us to utilize the pool, but was beautiful to look at!

This is a great house in a great neighborhood, super conveniently located. Just minutes to grocery stores and Kierland shopping and 15 minutes to any major Scottsdale or Phoenix worthwhile location to visit. We had a wonderful stay. House is adorable and super clean. Felt like we were at home within minutes of arriving. They have everything you need and then some. Highly recommend staying with these folks. They're on top of it. We will definitely return. Spots I can recommend Taco guild-midtown,(If you like beer) Angel& Trumpet- midtown, Mission-Mexican-old town, Janey's-Live music every night-Cave Creek(outdoor venue), North-great food-happy hour all day-Keirland * Jerome& Sedona-worthwhile day trip.

We had an amazing stay here! The house was so clean and beautiful. All the rooms had their own unique style and touch. Everything was perfect! Id definitely recommend this home and would love to return in the future :)

A signed rental agreement is REQUIRED to book this home.
No loud noise after 9 pm. Violation of this rule will result in loss of security deposit and removal from the home without a refund. There are noise meters on-site monitoring noise levels.
Must be at least 25 years old to book.
Pets are not permitted under any circumstance.
Do not tape anything to the walls and/or ceilings.
Surveillance or recording devices may be on property on in front entryway.
Guests will be charged for any and all damage in the home resulting from their stay.
Any items left behind can be sent back for a handling fee of $25 plus the cost to ship and must be prepared before the item will be sent.
This property cannot be used for purposes identified in the City of Phoenix Ordinance Section 10-195(c). The City of Phoenix short-term registration number for this property is 2020-0640.
Cancellation Policy:
Reservations can be cancelled for a full refund within 48 hours of booking. After that, reservations can be cancelled up until 7 days prior to check in for a 50% refund. No refunds are given within 7 days of check in date.
