We have noise meters on-site to ensure the safety of our guests and the home. We only receive notifications that indicate a certain decibel level has been reached. What's the threshold you might ask? Great question. Well, let's put it this way, feel free to burst out in laughter, play some music in the backyard during the day or announce your magnificent cannonball to the world but you might want to leave the marching band at home this time. Please try to keep the fun at a respectful decibel level. We do ask for no loud noises after 9 pm — if you are planning to cause a ruckus, our property might not be the right one for you.

The property was exactly as advertised. The kitchen had everything required to cook meals. The bedrooms allowed all guest a nice comfortable sleep. The pool was the perfect ending to each day.

This rental made us all happy. The location was great (even close to a really nice hiking and biking trail!). The amenities provided were exceptional- plenty of toiletries as well as nice towels and linens as well as a stocked kitchen. The beds were comfy and the outdoor space was quite nice too.
Check in and out were both a breeze and the rental team was quick to respond.

This home was great for our family. The rooms are all very spacious and private. My daughter who is 5 said she didnt want to leave. I was shocked the pool was so deep, our family enjoyed the pool during the day and played family games in the evening around the spacious living area. I must say that the beds in every room are beyond comfortable. This weekend was so special for my family. We definitely would come back.

This was a great property with great amenities. The home was extremely cozy. The price point was competitive compared to the number of guest it holds. The location was in good proximity to other needs/attractions based on what we could tell (spent most of time indoors due to COVID). Would definitely recommend this property to others.

This was a great place to stay in a great location near old town Scottsdale. The house was very clean and also came with literally everything you need to enjoy your stay. The kitchen is fully stocked, plenty of towels, and nice toiletries like a hotel. I also loved the backyard vibes (we enjoyed a nice yoga session outside). I would recommend. Thanks for having us!
