We offer all the conveniences of a hotel, but with more space and more amenities. All our homes are furnished with professionally laundered linens all changed and washed for every guest, blow dryers, irons, blenders, bluetooth speakers, hangers, all cooking supplies and more.

First of all, this house and the grounds are absolutely stunning! The furnishings are perfect; it easily could be featured in a magazine. The beds were very comfortable and my family had everything we needed during our stay. The guest house was well stocked, too.
The scenery from the porch is top notch. One would be hard pressed to find a better view in Sedona. There are several sitting areas in the back to enjoy the beautiful weather. We enjoyed the house very much.

Fabulous stay! Awesome space for a getaway to celebrate our youngest son's graduation from college. Stayed at the home with my husband and 4 sons. We were extremely comfortable and loved everything about this home. Very quiet and private. The views are incredible and nice hiking trails nearby. Would definitely rent again!

An Amazing property,
I dont think there is another-quite like this!! In the heart of Sedona, views of the red rocks are stunning, and are 360. The home is totally updated and the Dcor is a delight to be in.
Also, everything that you need for a great vacation is available to you. The hot tub was so much fun for our family and there are lots of towels available to keep dry. There are many outside seating areas where our family gathered!!
I give this property 5
stars in every category. I just wish we couldve stayed longer.

Maximum allowable vehicles of any kind is four (4) i.e., cars, trucks, ATVs, OHVs, etc. Violation of this will result in a $500 penalty to be charged to the guest who booked the property.
A signed rental agreement is REQUIRED to book this home.
No loud noise after 9pm. Violation of this rule will result in loss of security deposit and removal from the home without refund. There are noise meters on site monitoring noise levels.
Must be at least 30 years old to book.
*Fire restrictions may be in effect depending on Sedona's weather conditions at the time of your stay. Fire wood is purchased by guest, VacayAZ does not supply fire wood.*
Pets are not permitted under any circumstance.
Do not tape anything to the walls and/or ceilings.
Guests will be charge for any and all damage in the home resulting from their stay.
Any items left behind can be sent back for a handling fee of $25 plus the cost to ship and must be prepared before the item will be sent.
Cancellation Policy:
Reservations can be cancelled for a full refund within 48 hours of booking. After that, reservations can be cancelled up until 7 days prior to check in for a 50% refund. No refunds are given within 7 days of check in date.
