Noise Meters
We have noise meters on-site to ensure the safety of our guests and the home. We only receive notifications that indicate a certain decibel level has been reached. What's the threshold you might ask? Great question. Well, let's put it this way, feel free to burst out in laughter, play some music in the backyard during the day or announce your magnificent cannonball to the world but you might want to leave the marching band at home this time. Please try to keep the fun at a respectful decibel level. We do ask for no loud noises after 9 pm — if you are planning to cause a ruckus, our property might not be the right one for you.
 

House Rules:
No professional photo/video shoots unless approved by VacayAZ.

Occupancy is limited to the max amount of guests shown in the listing.

A signed rental agreement is REQUIRED to book this home.

No loud noise after 9pm. Violation of this rule will result in loss of security deposit and removal from the home without refund. There are noise meters on site monitoring noise levels.

Must be at least 25 years old to book.

Pets are not permitted under any circumstance. 

Do not tape anything to the walls and/or ceilings.

Surveillance or recording devices may be on property on in front entryway. 

Guests will be charge for any and all damage in the home resulting from their stay.

Any items left behind can be sent back for a handling fee of $25 plus the cost to ship and must be prepared before the item will be sent.

Cancellation Policy:
Reservations can be cancelled for a full refund within 48 hours of booking. After that, reservations can be cancelled up until 7 days prior to check in for a 50% refund. No refunds are given within 7 days of check in date.
