If you want a place for a COVID get away this is it! We literally just played in the back yard the entire time. We had a toddler running around in the green grass and when he wanted to swim, there is a super nice shallow part of the pool he played on.
Very clean, very responsive, impressive place!

This was a wonderful 10 days! The home is perfect inside and out and you truly feel like youre in your home away from
home. We have 2 little kids and it is a perfect family home to enjoy our time in the desert. I would highly recommend this home to anyone and we look forward to coming back to stay again!

Nice home recently redone. The green grass area in the backyard was a hit with the kids. Lovely landscape lighting for evenings outside. The kitchen was well stocked.

No loud noise after 9pm. Violation of this rule will result in loss of security deposit and removal from the home without refund. There are noise meters on site monitoring noise levels.
Must be at least 25 years old to book.
Pets are not permitted under any circumstance.
Do not tape anything to the walls and/or ceilings.
Guests will be charge for any and all damage in the home resulting from their stay.
Any items left behind can be sent back for a handling fee of $25 plus the cost to ship and must be prepared before the item will be sent.
This property cannot be used for purposes identified in the City of Phoenix Ordinance Section 10-195(c). The City of Phoenix short-term registration number for this property is 2020-0674.
