Enjoy the natural desert habitat surrounding the home and its inhabitants visiting nearby; groups of deer, western blue birds, or packs of javelina. The lower backyard space is perfect for evening chats around the firepit with a nice bottle of wine (or two!). 

The interior of this property was designed with relaxation and comfort in mind. There is ample amounts of seating to take in the panoramic views from any where in the home. Comfort is important while on vacation, so quality sleeping arrangements and comfortable bedding was top-of-mind when creating the experience this home represents. 

BEDROOM LAYOUT:

Master bedroom - Spacious upper-level primary bedroom boasts ample space that includes a king-sized bed, a colorful & cozy reading room, and private ensuite bathroom. The oversized bathroom includes a soaking tub, a walk-in shower, a massage room with 2 massage tables, and lastly an outdoor shower. Feels like your very own spa!

Bedroom 2 - situated on the upper level, this room includes a king-sized bed, comfortable reading chair, and a desk area. Located just steps away from the 2nd full bathroom. 

Bedroom 3 - also located on upper level, this generous bedroom comes with a king-sized bed, a work desk, and attached laundry set-up for your quick laundry needs. Located close to the 2nd full bathroom. 

Bedroom 4 - lower-level bedroom includes another king bed, luxury cotton bedding, and private workspace. Easy access to the 3rd full bathroom downstairs. 

Bedroom 5 - lower-level bedroom complete with one queen bed, one twin bed. Located next to the 3rd full bathroom.
 

We offer all the conveniences of a hotel, but with more space and more amenities. All our homes are furnished with professionally laundered linens all changed and washed for every guest, blow dryers, irons, blenders, hangers, all cooking supplies and more.

An electronic code will be provided to you 7 days before check-in.

Interaction with guests
We are available as much or as little as you desire. Our office and homes are nearby so anyone from our staff can accommodate your needs.

House Rules:
No professional photo/video shoots unless approved by VacayAZ.

Occupancy is limited to the max amount of guests shown in the listing.

A signed rental agreement is REQUIRED to book this home.

No loud noise after 9pm. Violation of this rule will result in loss of security deposit and removal from the home without refund. There are noise meters on site monitoring noise levels.

Must be at least 30 years old to book.

Pets are not permitted under any circumstance. 

Do not tape anything to the walls and/or ceilings.

Guests will be charge for any and all damage in the home resulting from their stay.

Any items left behind can be sent back for a handling fee of $25 plus the cost to ship and must be prepared before the item will be sent.

No more than 4 vehicles permitted on the property at one time.

Cancellation Policy:
Reservations can be cancelled for a full refund within 48 hours of booking. After that, reservations can be cancelled up until 7 days prior to check in for a 50% refund. No refunds are given within 7 days of check in date.
