Great energy and vibrant colors through out, this home would make an excellent get away that is close to all the great things offered in the Valley of the Sun. The home is set up with 3 full bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, an office space for getting work done, and a very comfortable living space with fully stocked kitchen. Outside you'll find a heated* swimming pool, half court basketball, great lounging space, a fire pit to gather 'round at night, and a lemon tree with fresh lemons!
Pool Heating*
There is an additional fee of $100 per night to heat up the swimming pool with a three night minimum.

House Rules:

-Occupancy is limited to the max amount of guests shown in the listing.
-A signed rental agreement is REQUIRED to book this home.
-No loud noise after 9pm. Violation of this rule will result in loss of security deposit and removal from the home without refund.
-Must be at least 30 years old to book.
-Do not tape anything to the walls and/or ceilings.
-Guests will be charge for any and all damage in the home resulting from their stay.
-Any items left behind can be sent back for a handling fee of $25 plus the cost to ship and must be prepared before the item will be sent.
This property cannot be used for purposes identified in the City of Phoenix Ordinance Section 10-195(c). The City of Phoenix short-term registration number for this property is STR-2024-003024
Cancellation Policy: Reservations can be cancelled for a full refund within 72 hours of booking. After that, reservations can be cancelled up until 7 days prior to check in for a 50% refund. No refunds are given within 7 days of check in date.
If you wish to change dates or reduce your length of stay, you must do so within 72 hours from booking. After 72 hours, you may not reschedule your reservation dates.
Removing nights after 48 hours will fall under our standard cancellation policy. You will receive a 50% refund of the night(s) removed up until 7 days prior to check in. No refunds are given within 7 days of check in.
