Top it off by adding on one of our many concierge services available - Private chef, fill-the-fridge packages, or pre-made meals to easily heat and serve at your leisure.

-Large heated pool and hot tub with a water slide (Pool heating cost is $250 per night with a 3 night consecutive minimum).

-Multiple outdoor patios with sitting areas, outdoor firepits, BBQ grill, sun loungers, and a half court basketball space.

King Suite: The true master bedroom. King size bed with quality BeutyRest Black Hybrid mattress complimented by an indoor fireplace. Attached bathroom includes breathetaking mountain views from both the large soaking tub and spacious walk-in shower. Full gym is also accessible from the master with all the necessary equipment.
Queen Suite: The second of three "master bedrooms". King size bed with a computer desk for remote working. En-suite bathroom with steam room shower. Private access to the exterior space. 
Bishop Suite: The third master bedroom. King size bed and comfortable reading chair. En-suite bathroom with full walk-in shower. Exterior access with private patio space. 
Rook Suite #1: Queen sized bed. Computer desk for remote working. En-suite bathroom with walk-in shower. 
Rook Suite #2: Queen sized bed. En-suite bathroom with Shower/Tub combo. 
Knight Suite #1: Queen sized bed. Floor to ceiling glass with incredible mountain views. En-suite bathroom with walk-in shower.

Pool Heating*
There is an additional fee of $225 per night to heat up the swimming pool with a three night minimum. This is paid after the reservation is made.

VacayAZ enforces good neighbor policies on all managed properties. Renting homes in a neighborhood/community is a privilege and must be treated as such. Guests must be mindful of their noise levels at all times and respect the rules of the community. We do not provide speakers and/or sound systems on-site.

Anyone found to be violating noise ordinances will be subject to an immediate $500 fine, in addition to City-imposed fines which can reach up to $10,000 per violation and can be removed from the property due to negligence. Per city requirements, maximum family size is restricted to 6 adults and their related dependent children, up to 16 guests total.

Smoking is not allowed in this property. Violating this policy will result in forfeiture of the full security deposit and guests will be liable for the full cost of damage resulting from it.

VacayAZ offers all the conveniences of a fine hotel, but with more space and more amenities. All our homes are furnished with professionally laundered linens that are all changed and washed for every guest, blow dryers, irons, blenders, hangers, all cooking supplies and much,much more.

Pets
Pets are permitted only at VacayAZ's approval. 2 pets max. An additional pet cleaning fee and pet deposit is required. 

The space
The entire home is yours to enjoy during your stay.

Guest access
A member of the VacayAZ team will meet you at the home to provide a quick property tour and answer any questions you may have.

Interaction with guests
We are available as much or as little as you desire. Our office and homes are nearby so anyone from our staff can accommodate your needs.

House Rules:
There are cameras on-site that monitor all outdoor spaces for security purposes. There are no cameras or recording devices inside the home.

Early check in* & late check out* will be dependent on availabilty. If there are guests checking in/out the same day, this option may not be available.

A background check is required to book this home.

No professional photo/video shoots unless approved by VacayAZ.

Occupancy is limited to the max amount of guests shown in the listing. Any excess guests will be charged at $250 per guest per night and may be removed with forfeiture of all monies paid.

A signed rental agreement is REQUIRED to book this home.

No loud noise after 9pm. Violation of this rule will result in loss of security deposit and removal from the home without refund. There are noise meters on site monitoring noise levels.

Must be at least 33 years old to book.

Pets must be approved by VacayAZ and a pet fee is required. 

Do not tape anything to the walls and/or ceilings.

Guests will be charged for any and all damage in the home resulting from their stay.

Any items left behind can be sent back for a handling fee of $25 plus the cost to ship and must be prepared before the item will be sent.

Cancellation Policy:
Reservations can be cancelled for a full refund within 48 hours of booking (so long as the check-in day is more than 30 days away). After that, reservations can be cancelled up until 60 days prior to check in for a 50% forfeiture of the total reservation amount. No refunds are given within 60 days of check in.
