This Dreamy Desert home is the perfect place to gather with your closest loved ones and enjoy all that AZ has to offer. Located in the open desert of North Scottsdale, you'll find great mountain views, dreamy desert scenery, and see some native AZ wild life! When you're at the home, you won't have any reason to leave. Amenities are important to make vacations great and there is no shortage here! Enjoy the game room with pool table, ping pong table, work out space, and wall TVS with Fubo TV - or head to the outdoor space for some laps in the heated pool, enjoy some conversation around the firepit, or relax under the covered patio and prepare a meal on the BBQ grill, or wind down using the jetted tub in the Master bedroom. Enjoy the scenic nature around this property with great hiking trails close by such as Tom's Thumb, Granite Mountain Trailhead and Fraesfield Trailhead.
Inside the home is furnished with comfortable accommodations to make for a peaceful nights rest after a long day of having fun and everything is equipped to match the number of guests this home is set up for. We offer all the conveniences of a hotel, but with more space and more amenities. All our homes are furnished with professionally laundered linens all changed and washed for every guest, blow dryers, irons, blenders, hangers, all cooking supplies and more.

Pool Heating*
There is an additional fee of $150 per night to heat up the swimming pool with a three night minimum.
The space
The entire home is yours to enjoy during your stay. There is no garage access, as it has been converted into the game room.
Guest access
An electronic code will be provided to you 7 days before check-in.

-Occupancy is limited to the max amount of guests shown in the listing.
-A signed rental agreement is REQUIRED to book this home.
-No loud noise after 9pm. Violation of this rule will result in loss of security deposit and removal from the home without refund.
-Must be at least 25 years old to book.
-Do not tape anything to the walls and/or ceilings.
-Guests will be charge for any and all damage in the home resulting from their stay.
-Any items left behind can be sent back for a handling fee of $25 plus the cost to ship and must be prepared before the item will be sent.
Cancellation Policy: Reservations can be cancelled for a full refund within 72 hours of booking. After that, reservations can be cancelled up until 7 days prior to check in for a 50% refund. No refunds are given within 7 days of check in date.
If you wish to change dates or reduce your length of stay, you must do so within 72 hours from booking. After 72 hours, you may not reschedule your reservation dates.
Removing nights after 72 hours will fall under our standard cancellation policy. You will receive a 50% refund of the night(s) removed up until 7 days prior to check in. No refunds are given within 7 days of check in.
