This backyard playground was just recently designed to accommodate any kind of traveler looking for a fun time. Enjoy volleyball games on the regulation sized volley ball court, engage in a match on the pickle ball court, swim laps in the large heated* pool, relax under the night sky in the spa, or anything else you can imagine. There is no shortage of amenities in this home, ensuring an unforgettable time in this amazing property.
When you're not outside playing, you can relax on the comfortable furnishings inside the home to recharge for more activities. Quality mattresses, professionally laundered linens, and a light & bright floor plan create a restful atmosphere.
We offer all the conveniences of a hotel, but with more space and more amenities. All our homes are furnished with professionally laundered linens all changed and washed for every guest, blow dryers, irons, blenders, hangers, all cooking supplies and more.
Pool Heating*
There is an additional fee of $175 per night to heat up the swimming pool with a three night minimum.
The space
The entire home is yours to enjoy during your stay. There is no garage access at the home, however there is sizable room for parking in the driveway.
Guest access
An electronic code will be provided to you 7 days before check-in.
Interaction with guests
We are available as much or as little as you desire. Our office and homes are nearby so anyone from our staff can accommodate your needs.

House Rules:
-No professional photo/video shoots unless approved.
-Occupancy is limited to the max amount of guests shown in the listing.
-A signed rental agreement is REQUIRED to book this home.
-No loud noise after 9pm. Violation of this rule will result in loss of security deposit and removal from the home without refund.
-Must be at least 25 years old to book.
-Do not tape anything to the walls and/or ceilings.
-Guests will be charge for any and all damage in the home resulting from their stay.
-Per city requirements, maximum family size is restricted to 6 adults and their related dependent children, up to 10 guests total.
-Any items left behind can be sent back for a handling fee of $25 plus the cost to ship and must be prepared before the item will be sent.
Cancellation Policy: Reservations can be cancelled for a full refund within 72 hours of booking. After that, reservations can be cancelled up until 7 days prior to check in for a 50% refund. No refunds are given within 7 days of check in date.
If you wish to change dates or reduce your length of stay, you must do so within 72 hours from booking. After 72 hours, you may not reschedule your reservation dates.
Removing nights after 72 hours will fall under our standard cancellation policy. You will receive a 50% refund of the night(s) removed up until 7 days prior to check in. No refunds are given within 7 days of check in.
