One of the most impressive features of this home is the manicured outdoor space. This home has not one, but two pools! The smaller, shallow pool is great for children and pets and it spills over into the large pool that has a water slide, water fall, grotto, and a diving board. The hot tub is completely separate from the pool and located right off of the master with its own water fall and fire features - truly feel like you're at a resort spa! When you're not in the water, you can shoot some hoops on the full basketball court, prepare a meal on the large grill while watching the big game, sit around one of the firepits on a cool evening, or enjoy outdoor activities on the large grass lawn. The possibilities are endless!

The inside space of the home will not disappoint either. At almost 6,500 square feet, there is more than enough room for large groups. Enjoy an authentic movie experience in the indoor theater or partake in a game of ping pong, pool, or air hockey in the attached game room. When the play time is over, the large chefs kitchen in the home is perfect for catering, chefs to prepare large meals, or the group preparing a large feast. The spacious master suite is incredible with its own sitting room, large master bathroom, and patio access directly to the hot tub. With the main home, there is also a guest house that has a full kitchen, full bathroom, and has its own covered patio with BBQ grill.

Pool Heating* There is an additional fee of $300 per night to heat up the swimming pool with a three night minimum. This is paid after the reservation is made.

House Rules:
-No professional photo/video shoots unless approved.
-Occupancy is limited to the max amount of guests shown in the listing.
-A signed rental agreement is REQUIRED to book this home.‍
-No loud noise after 9pm. Violation of this rule will result in loss of security deposit and removal from the home without refund.
-Must be at least 30 years old to book.
-Do not tape anything to the walls and/or ceilings.
-Guests will be charge for any and all damage in the home resulting from their stay.
-Any items left behind can be sent back for a handling fee of $25 plus the cost to ship and must be prepared before the item will be sent.‍

Cancellation Policy: Reservations can be cancelled for a full refund within 72 hours of booking. After that, reservations can be cancelled up until 7 days prior to check in for a 50% refund. No refunds are given within 7 days of check in date.

If you wish to change dates or reduce your length of stay, you must do so within 72 hours from booking. After 72 hours, you may not reschedule your reservation dates.

Removing nights after 72 hours will fall under our standard cancellation policy. You will receive a 50% refund of the night(s) removed up until 7 days prior to check in. No refunds are given within 7 days of check in.
