With your first steps into the home, you will be greeted with an incredible atrium in which to relax and enjoy fresh air. You and your guests can spread out in the over 5,000 square foot home containing 5 bedrooms - allowing every guest to have their own comfortable space. Take advantage of the classic arcade gaming system with hundreds of classic games to choose from!
Step out the la cantina style sliding doors to take advantage of the spacious backyard with plenty of amenities to use. The forefront of the backyard being a large playful pool, along with a dedicated basketball half court, and private wood burning fire pit. Challenge your friends and family in a pickleball tournament! Create memories by igniting the grill for a poolside cookout on the covered patio while enjoying the large outdoor television.
Following a fun day full of activity, unwind in the pleasant ambience in the well-lit atrium and lounge seats & couches in the living room. You will be in the middle of Scottsdale with plenty of nearby activities, shops and restaurants, but you may find yourself never wanting to leave this property!

Master Bedroom - King Bedroom with spacious seating area with views of the atrium. The attached ensuite boasts an oversized shower, a free standing bath tub, dual vanities for a couple and two luxury walk-in closets.
Bedroom 2 - Double Queen Bedroom with a new 60” smart TV, classic arcade machine, and large work desk.
Bedroom 3 - King Bedroom with a private ensuite bathroom.
Bedroom 4 - Queen Bedroom with large closet and close access to the Jack and Jill bathroom between bedrooms 4 & 5.
Bedroom 5 - Queen Bedroom with close access to the Jack and Jill bathroom between bedrooms 4 & 5.
*All beds have comfortable new mattresses and luxurious 100% cotton sheets

Pool Heating**
There is an additional charge of $150 per night to heat the pool (3 night minimum).

Early check in can only be requested 3 days prior to your stay and based on availability.
The fee is $150 and allows access beginning at 11:00am.

Guests must be mindful of their noise levels at all times and respect the rules of the community. We do not provide speakers and/or sound systems on-site.
Anyone found to be violating noise ordinances will be subject to an immediate $500 fine, in addition to City-imposed fines which can reach up to $10,000 per violation and can be removed from the property due to negligence.
Smoking is not allowed on this property. Violating this policy will result in forfeiture of the full security deposit and guests will be liable for the full cost of damage resulting from it.

We offer all the conveniences of a hotel, but with more space and more amenities. All our homes are furnished with professionally laundered linens all changed and washed for every guest, blow dryers, irons, blenders, hangers, all cooking supplies and more.

A signed rental agreement is REQUIRED to book this home.
No loud noise after 9pm. Violation of this rule will result in loss of security deposit and removal from the home without refund. There are noise meters on site monitoring noise levels.
Must be at least 30 years old to book.
Pets are not permitted under any circumstance.
Do not tape anything to the walls and/or ceilings.
Guests will be charge for any and all damage in the home resulting from their stay.
Any items left behind can be sent back for a handling fee of $25 plus the cost to ship and must be prepared before the item will be sent.
Cancellation Policy:
Reservations can be cancelled for a full refund within 48 hours of booking. After that, reservations can be cancelled up until 7 days prior to check in for a 50% refund. No refunds are given within 7 days of check in date.
