Perfect your yoga practice on the spacious turf area surrounded by natural vegetation or use the space for outdoor activities with you group like bocce ball, corn hole, and much more!
This home offers all the comforts of home while immersing you in the beauty and culture of Sedona. Walk right to Soldiers Pass trail head or the Posse Grounds Park to enjoy the Sedona bike park, disc golf course, children's playgrounds, local skatepark, or the Sedona community pool. Beautifully tucked away in the heart of Sedona, this incredible home can be yours alone to enjoy!

House Rules:
-No professional photo/video shoots unless approved.
-Occupancy is limited to the max amount of guests shown in the listing.
-A signed rental agreement is REQUIRED to book this home.
-No loud noise after 9pm. Violation of this rule will result in loss of security deposit and removal from the home without refund.
-Must be at least 30 years old to book.
-Do not tape anything to the walls and/or ceilings.
-Guests will be charge for any and all damage in the home resulting from their stay.
-Any items left behind can be sent back for a handling fee of $25 plus the cost to ship and must be prepared before the item will be sent.
Cancellation Policy: Reservations can be cancelled for a full refund within 48 hours of booking. After that, reservations can be cancelled up until 7 days prior to check in for a 50% refund. No refunds are given within 7 days of check in date.
