The estate includes a spacious main house and a detached guest house, offering 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms in total. With room for up to 18 guests, it’s designed for group connection yet allows space for private reflection. Expansive windows bring the red rocks into the living space, flooding it with natural light and grounding views.
💫 Healing Energy & Modern Comforts
Whether you’re gathering in the great room, practicing yoga on the deck, or enjoying quiet moments in one of the outdoor seating areas, this home balances sacred history with modern comforts. A hot tub (coming soon) adds another layer of relaxation beneath Sedona’s star-filled skies.

Nestled in the heart of Sedona, you’ll have easy access to world-renowned hiking trails, vortex sites, and the Chapel of the Holy Cross — while returning home to your own private sanctuary on sacred land.
Whether you’re here for healing, connection, or simply the beauty of Sedona’s red rocks, The Sacred Sedona Sanctuary offers a space that nourishes both body and spirit.

-No professional photo/video shoots unless approved.
-Occupancy is limited to the max amount of guests shown in the listing.
-A signed rental agreement is REQUIRED to book this home.
-No loud noise after 9pm. Violation of this rule will result in loss of security deposit and removal from the home without refund.
-Must be at least 25 years old to book.
-There is no garage access at this home. There is very sizable room for parking in the driveway.
-Do not tape anything to the walls and/or ceilings.
-Guests will be charge for any and all damage in the home resulting from their stay.

-Any items left behind can be sent back for a handling fee of $25 plus the cost to ship and must be prepared before the item will be sent.
Cancellation Policy: Reservations can be cancelled for a full refund within 72 hours of booking. After that, reservations can be cancelled up until 7 days prior to check in for a 50% refund. No refunds are given within 7 days of check in date.
If you wish to change dates or reduce your length of stay, you must do so within 72 hours from booking. After 72 hours, you may not reschedule your reservation dates.
Removing nights after 72 hours will fall under our standard cancellation policy. You will receive a 50% refund of the night(s) removed up until 7 days prior to check in. No refunds are given within 7 days of check in.
