Welcome to Scenic Sanctuary in Sedona. This home is in one of the top locations in all of Sedona with views that you can't easily find anywhere else. The magnificent grounds of the property create an experience that is truly unforgettable and you will cherish for years to come.
In the backyard, you'll find a large heated* pool with attached spa that are perfectly situated to take in the breathe-taking views found on this hill-side estate. Enjoy the fire-pit with a cup of coffee on a chilly morning, prepare some delicacies on the BBQ grill for the group, or hang out on one of the many patios and simply take in the VIEW.
The home comes fully prepared for your experience in Sedona. The kitchen has high end appliances and common kitchenware, all living areas come with comfortable furnishings and thoughtful design touches, and the bedrooms have high quality sleeping arrangements and professionally laundered linens. What more could you want?
Walk right out your backyard to the Airport Vortex hiking trail - Skip the crowded parking at the trail head. Take a quick walk into town and grab a nice dinner at Mariposa grill. The location of the home is optimal for those wanting to be close by to everything Sedona has to offer.

Pool Heating*
There is an additional fee of $150 per night to heat up the swimming pool with a three night minimum.
House Rules:
-No professional photo/video shoots unless approved.
-Occupancy is limited to the max amount of guests shown in the listing.
-A signed rental agreement is REQUIRED to book this home.
-No loud noise after 9pm. Violation of this rule will result in loss of security deposit and removal from the home without refund.
-Must be at least 27 years old to book.
-Do not tape anything to the walls and/or ceilings.
-Guests will be charge for any and all damage in the home resulting from their stay.
-Any items left behind can be sent back for a handling fee of $25 plus the cost to ship and must be prepared before the item will be sent.
Cancellation Policy: Reservations can be cancelled for a full refund within 72 hours of booking. After that, reservations can be cancelled up until 7 days prior to check in for a 50% refund. No refunds are given within 7 days of check in date.
If you wish to change dates or reduce your length of stay, you must do so within 72 hours from booking. After 72 hours, you may not reschedule your reservation dates.
Removing nights after 72 hours will fall under our standard cancellation policy. You will receive a 50% refund of the night(s) removed up until 7 days prior to check in. No refunds are given within 7 days of check in.
