There is ample seating throughout the yard to take in the sun, including a rooftop deck to elevate the views to another level. Dine by the outdoor fireplace, gather around the fire-pit, enjoy some corn-hole or bocce ball, and simply enjoy yourselves!

After a long day of play, make your way back inside for some rest. All bedrooms are thoughtfully designed and equipped with comfortable sleeping accommodations. You'll find the kitchen fully stocked to prepare full meals, a great open living room to hang out and watch the big game, and other great features throughout this property. -No professional photo/video shoots unless approved.
-Occupancy is limited to the max amount of guests shown in the listing.
-A signed rental agreement is REQUIRED to book this home.‍
-No loud noise after 9pm. Violation of this rule will result in loss of security deposit and removal from the home without refund.
-Must be at least 27 years old to book.
-Do not tape anything to the walls and/or ceilings.
-Guests will be charge for any and all damage in the home resulting from their stay.
-Per city requirements, maximum family size is restricted to 6 adults and their related dependent children, up to 12 guests total.
-Any items left behind can be sent back for a handling fee of $25 plus the cost to ship and must be prepared before the item will be sent.‍

Cancellation Policy: Reservations can be cancelled for a full refund within 72 hours of booking. After that, reservations can be cancelled up until 7 days prior to check in for a 50% refund. No refunds are given within 7 days of check in date.

If you wish to change dates or reduce your length of stay, you must do so within 72 hours from booking. After 72 hours, you may not reschedule your reservation dates.

Removing nights after 72 hours will fall under our standard cancellation policy. You will receive a 50% refund of the night(s) removed up until 7 days prior to check in. No refunds are given within 7 days of check in.
