VacayAZ enforces good neighbor policies on all managed properties. Renting homes in a neighborhood/community is a privilege and must be treated as such. Guests must be mindful of their noise levels at all times and respect the rules of the community. We do not provide speakers and/or sound systems on-site.
Smoking is not allowed in this property. Cigar smoking is permitted - OUTDOOR ONLY. Violating this policy will result in forfeiture of the full security deposit and guests will be liable for the full cost of damage resulting from it.
*There is no garage access at this home. There is sizable room for parking in the driveway.

Cancellation Policy: Reservations can be cancelled for a full refund within 72 hours of booking. After that, reservations can be cancelled up until 7 days prior to check in for a 50% refund. No refunds are given within 7 days of check in date.
If you wish to change dates or reduce your length of stay, you must do so within 72 hours from booking. After 72 hours, you may not reschedule your reservation dates.
Removing nights after 72 hours will fall under our standard cancellation policy. You will receive a 50% refund of the night(s) removed up until 7 days prior to check in. No refunds are given within 7 days of check in.

Stunning and gorgeous home!!

Not only is the view from the property the most stunning in Sedona (both from inside and outside of the property), the home itself is out of a show room. Being fitness fanatics, my husband and I also loved the fact it has a self contained gym with incredible gear! There’s a hot tub, cold plunge and gorgeous sauna too. The house is immaculate. My husband and I spent our honeymoon here and were thrilled - the communication with the agency and owner was excellent too!! Can not say enough good things about this property. No wonder it’s always booked! We would live there if we could!!! Stunning! Don’t miss out on the opportunity to stay there. By far the nicest home we’ve ever stayed in, in Sedona!
