Welcome to Scottsdale’s most exclusive vacation rental residence. Nestled on five acres, this estate has mountain views from every room. 8,500 sq. ft with eight bedrooms, nine bathrooms, two living rooms, a game room, a pickleball court five work stations, two roof top decks and luscious outdoor spaces.

-Large heated pool and hot tub with a water slide (Pool heating cost is $250 per night with a 3 night consecutive minimum).
-Game room with ping pong table, arcade game console, foosball table, Media set with Play Station 5, and a spacious walk out deck.
-Fully equipped gym with dumbbells (up to 65 lbs.), weight bench, cable pulleys, kettle bells, TRX, medicine balls, punching bag, Peloton bike, treadmill, and a massage table.
-Large open grass area great for sports games and childrens playground equipment.
-Multiple outdoor patios with sitting areas, outdoor firepits, BBQ grill, sun loungers, and a half court basketball space.
Indoor Spaces:
-Spacious chefs kitchen with induction cook top, huge walk in pantry, double wall ovens, warming drawer, food steamer, coffee station, and connected outdoor bar seating.
-Open family room with fireplace, wall TV, dining room space, and floor to ceiling sliding doors that access a private patio with outdoor fireplace nestled against the mountain side.
-Secondary living room with a wall TV and 2 desk spaces - A great room for the kids to hang out in.
-Four car garage - plenty of room for vehicle parking.
-Large laundry room
Bedroom Layout:
King Suite: The true master bedroom. King size bed with quality BeautyRest Black Hybrid mattress complimented by an indoor fireplace. Attached bathroom includes breathe-taking mountain views from both the large soaking tub and spacious walk-in shower. Full gym is also accessible from the master with all the necessary equipment.
Queen Suite: The second of three "master bedrooms". King size bed with a computer desk for remote working. En-suite full bathroom. Private access to the exterior space.
Bishop Suite: The third master bedroom. King size bed and comfortable reading chair. En-suite bathroom with full walk-in shower. Exterior access with private patio space.
Rook Suite #1: King sized bed. Computer desk for remote working. En-suite bathroom with walk-in shower.
Rook Suite #2: King sized bed. En-suite bathroom with Shower/Tub combo.
Knight Suite #1: King sized bed. Floor to ceiling glass with incredible mountain views. En-suite bathroom with walk-in shower.

Pawn Suite: Two Queen beds. Interior gas fireplace. Work space for remote working. Private exterior access.
Pool Heating*
There is an additional fee of $250 per night to heat up the swimming pool with a three night minimum.
Pets
Pets are permitted only at the host's approval. 2 pets max. An additional pet cleaning fee and pet deposit is required.

House Rules:
-No professional photo/video shoots unless approved.
-Occupancy is limited to the max amount of guests shown in the listing.
-A signed rental agreement is REQUIRED to book this home.
-No loud noise after 9pm. Violation of this rule will result in loss of security deposit and removal from the home without refund.
-Must be at least 30 years old to book.
-Do not tape anything to the walls and/or ceilings.
-Guests will be charge for any and all damage in the home resulting from their stay.
-Per city requirements, maximum family size is restricted to 6 adults and their related dependent children, up to 16 guests total.
-Any items left behind can be sent back for a handling fee of $25 plus the cost to ship and must be prepared before the item will be sent.
Cancellation Policy: Reservations can be cancelled for a full refund within 72 hours of booking. After that, reservations can be cancelled up until 7 days prior to check in for a 50% refund. No refunds are given within 7 days of check in date.
If you wish to change dates or reduce your length of stay, you must do so within 72 hours from booking. After 72 hours, you may not reschedule your reservation dates.
Removing nights after 72 hours will fall under our standard cancellation policy. You will receive a 50% refund of the night(s) removed up until 7 days prior to check in. No refunds are given within 7 days of check in.
