Welcome to your very own private compound in the heart of Sunny Scottsdale! If space is important to you, you've come to the right place. This magnificent estate is comprised of 3 separate homes - each with their own kitchens, livings rooms, entrances, and amenities. Perfect for multi-generational trips, corporate events, or large groups.
Fun and relaxation are important during vacation - and this home comes packed with amenities centered around those two attributes. Outside you'll find a heated* pool with plenty of lounge space, a large putting green for those practice strokes before your tee time, a game room with ping pong table and TV, outdoor fireplace, hut tub, BBQs, and lush landscaping. Inside the properties you'll find comfortable beds complimented by the finest linens, fully stocked kitchens, indoor fireplaces, plenty of gathering areas, and work spaces.

Pool Heating*
There is an additional fee of $150 per night to heat up the swimming pool with a three night minimum.
House Rules:
-No professional photo/video shoots unless approved.
-Occupancy is limited to the max amount of guests shown in the listing.
-A signed rental agreement is REQUIRED to book this home.
-No loud noise after 9pm. Violation of this rule will result in loss of security deposit and removal from the home without refund.
-Must be at least 30 years old to book.
-Do not tape anything to the walls and/or ceilings.
-Guests will be charge for any and all damage in the home resulting from their stay.
-Per city requirements, maximum family size is restricted to 6 adults and their related dependent children, up to 20 guests total.
-Any items left behind can be sent back for a handling fee of $25 plus the cost to ship and must be prepared before the item will be sent.
Cancellation Policy: Reservations can be cancelled for a full refund within 72 hours of booking. After that, reservations can be cancelled up until 7 days prior to check in for a 50% refund. No refunds are given within 7 days of check in date.
If you wish to change dates or reduce your length of stay, you must do so within 72 hours from booking. After 72 hours, you may not reschedule your reservation dates.
Removing nights after 72 hours will fall under our standard cancellation policy. You will receive a 50% refund of the night(s) removed up until 7 days prior to check in. No refunds are given within 7 days of check in.
