Inside, the estate spans over 7,800 square feet, with 8 bedrooms, 6.5 bathrooms, and room for up to 20 guests. Two full kitchens, expansive common areas, and massive windows bring the outdoors in, while high-end finishes—natural stone, custom maple and redwood millwork, Viking appliances—remind you this is no ordinary rental.
The master suite is a retreat all its own, featuring a spa-style soaking tub, wet sauna, fireplace, and glass walls framing the sweeping views. The attached guest quarters include a full kitchen, private bedroom and bath, and an extended balcony for added privacy and space.

Guest Access & Property Use
As our guest at Saguaro Point, you’ll have full access to the entire estate, including all indoor and outdoor amenities. Feel free to explore and enjoy everything the property has to offer—from the putting greens to the private balconies. While we encourage you to take in the natural beauty of the desert surroundings, please use caution when venturing off designated paths, as the terrain and wildlife can be unpredictable.
Mail & Deliveries
Please note that mail and packages cannot be delivered directly to the property. For your convenience, we recommend using a local parcel locker or arranging pickup at a nearby post office.
Maintenance Visits
To keep the estate in top condition, routine maintenance services such as landscaping, pool care, pest control, and trash removal may occur during your stay.

Early check-in or late check-out may be available based on availability—please contact us at least 24 hours in advance to request. A late check-out fee starting at $500 may apply if the property is not vacated by the designated time.
Hot Tub/Pool Heating
- It is $75/night to heat the hot tub.
- It is $175/night to heat both the pool & hot tub.
* There is a 3 consecutive night minimum for hot tub & pool heating.
Cancellation Policy: Reservations can be cancelled for a full refund within 72 hours of booking. After that, reservations can be cancelled up until 7 days prior to check in for a 50% refund. No refunds are given within 7 days of check in date.
If you wish to change dates or reduce your length of stay, you must do so within 72 hours from booking. After 72 hours, you may not reschedule your reservation dates.
Removing nights after 72 hours will fall under our standard cancellation policy. You will receive a 50% refund of the night(s) removed up until 7 days prior to check in. No refunds are given within 7 days of check in.

by MikeSaguaro Point is the perfect home base for a golf trip. The private putting and short game area on the property were unreal and we used them every day before and after rounds. Being able to practice and play games on them at night was incredible. The location is also perfect. We played Troon and Grayhawk and both were an easy drive, then came back to relax by the pool and grill some food. The house itself is super spacious, clean, and set up great for a guys trip. If you are planning a Scottsdale golf trip, this place is fantastic!

Perfect Stay for a Group Golf Trip
by AndrewI stayed here with 10 friends, and we were blown away by how great this house was. The place is spotless, beautifully set up, and packed with amenities. We loved having access to the golf carts and the simulator, it made the trip even better. The location couldn’t be more convenient, with everything in Scottsdale just a short drive away. The house was comfortable, spacious, and clearly well taken care of. We had an amazing time and would come back in a heartbeat. I’d recommend this place to anyone looking for a top tier stay, especially if you’re planning a golf trip. Absolutely worth it!!!!
5 Star Private Golf Estate
by ToddSaguaro Point is a gated, ultra-private mountain retreat on 10 acres with desert views and sunsets that never got old. The house was spotless, beautifully laid out, and perfect for a group with plenty of space for everyone to stay together without feeling on top of each other. Floor-to-ceiling glass brings the outside in, the hidden speakeasy wine cellar was a fun surprise, and the open living areas, simulator, and fire pits made it an easy place to spend time day and night. The private golf practice complex is truly one of a kind, with four greens and six tees that gave us hours of fun without ever leaving the property. Even on cooler January mornings, the pool was a perfect 88 degrees. Add the privacy, scenery, and being just minutes from Troon North and Grayhawk Golf Club, and it’s hard to imagine a better home base for a Scottsdale golf trip. Can’t wait to come back.

by ADAM REASONERSaguaro Point completely blew us away. I’d seen it featured on Instagram and thought it looked incredible… but being there in person is on another level entirely. The views are unreal—one of those places where you stop mid-conversation just to take it in. The private golf setup is next-level, the pool is perfect for both relaxing and entertaining, and the golf simulator was a huge hit (whether you’re a serious golfer or just messing around with friends). Every detail of the home feels intentional and high-end, but still comfortable and welcoming. It’s the rare rental that somehow works for both relaxation and fun—quiet mornings with coffee overlooking the scenery, then afternoons by the pool, and nights in the sim. Photos and Instagram hype honestly undersell it. Saguaro Point is the kind of place that makes you immediately start planning your return trip before you even leave. Highly, highly recommend.

A House with a View, and more!
by JoshSaguaro Point was an amazing place to stay in Scottsdale. We had a 5 person golf trip and there was more than enough room for everyone to be comfortable—no crowding, no compromises. House is huge! The amenities really set this place apart. Between the three chipping greens, putting green, hot tub, and the golf simulator, there was always something to do, whether we were warming up before a round or hanging out at night. It’s clearly designed with golfers in mind, but it would be just as great for any group trip. The house was clean, well laid out, and exactly as advertised. Everything worked, everything made sense, and it felt like a place built for enjoying time together. If you’re planning a golf trip or group getaway in Scottsdale, this place absolutely delivers. Would stay here again without hesitation.

It has every amenity one could ask for while on a golf getaway with family, friends, or colleagues. The outdoor space is just as good as the home! It has 3 par three golf holes and a stand alone putting green just off the back door. The views are breathtaking! I can not wait to get back! And by the way, right down the road from some of the best golf courses in AZ, and the local rodeo. Get it on the calendar!
Best Buddies Golf Trip Ever

Been lucky enough to take many trips, both to private club hosted accommodation and vacation home trips and this blows everything else away. The home is incredibly comfortable and spacious for a big crowd. The on-site amenities (golf, simulators, pool/hot tub, game room) are second to none. The practice facilities allow multiple full shots and behave identical to real greens (speed, receptiveness of full shot). And there\'s so much great golf (Grayhawk, Troon North, Boulders, etc) within 15 minutes you never have to venture far once you arrive. Kitchen is well stocked if eating in is your thing and close enough to countless great restaurants if you don\'t want the hassle of cooking.
