This newly built home was designed to be the perfect Scottsdale getaway. Soaring 12 foot ceilings, spacious bedrooms, game room, and multiple living areas allow the group to spread out all under one roof, while still be able to gather together in the main living area without ever feeling cramped.
When not spending time enjoying the local activities, this is a great place to stay in and enjoy the amenities right at your fingertips. In the backyard take a dip in the large heated* pool, lounge out under the AZ sun, go to the roof top deck for the site seeing, or utilize the BBQ grill for a Sunday grill session.
With the amenities offered here, plus the proximity to Downtown Scottsdale, this is your one-stop-shop for the ultimate Scottsdale vacation.

Pool Heating* There is an additional fee of $100 per night to heat up the swimming pool with a three night minimum. This is paid after the reservation is made.

House Rules:
-No professional photo/video shoots unless approved.
-Occupancy is limited to the max amount of guests shown in the listing.
-A signed rental agreement is REQUIRED to book this home.
-No loud noise after 9pm. Violation of this rule will result in loss of security deposit and removal from the home without refund.
-Must be at least 30 years old to book.
-Do not tape anything to the walls and/or ceilings.
-Guests will be charge for any and all damage in the home resulting from their stay.
- There is no garage access as the home was not built with one. There is a driveway & street availability for parking.
-Per city requirements, maximum family size is restricted to 6 adults and their related dependent children, up to 14 guests total.
-Any items left behind can be sent back for a handling fee of $25 plus the cost to ship and must be prepared before the item will be sent.
Cancellation Policy: Reservations can be cancelled for a full refund within 72 hours of booking. After that, reservations can be cancelled up until 7 days prior to check in for a 50% refund. No refunds are given within 7 days of check in date.
If you wish to change dates or reduce your length of stay, you must do so within 72 hours from booking. After 72 hours, you may not reschedule your reservation dates.
Removing nights after 72 hours will fall under our standard cancellation policy. You will receive a 50% refund of the night(s) removed up until 7 days prior to check in. No refunds are given within 7 days of check in.
