Welcome to the Ultimate Scottsdale Retreat. This property was specifically designed to be a top-notch vacation rental home. With endless amenities such as pickleball, basketball, pool & hot tub, plus much more - "I'm bored" is a term that will permanently escape your vocabulary while vacationing here. In the backyard that rivals a resort in a 5 star hotel, there is no shortage of memories to be made; You will find yourself spending hours in the large heated* pool & hot tub watching the kids take turns going down the water slide, sheltering under the cantina listening to music and preparing dinner on the built in barbecue grill, sitting around the fire-pit on a cool AZ evening sipping your favorite pinot noir, or taking advantage of the sports court by shooting some hoops or playing pickleball.
Inside the home will surely not disappoint! The endless touches of barn wood and metal create a sense of organic warmth and comfort in a home with modern and sleek design finishes. The floorplan is ideal for larger groups of up to 20 guests. On one wing of the home, you will find four large bedrooms each with a king bed. Three of the four bedrooms have their own en-suite bathroom. The other side of the home houses two large bedrooms with queen beds and the bunk bedroom, containing three queen beds and seven single beds (perfect for the kids). There are two other bathrooms on this side, one of which has two showers and two toilets. Splitting these two wings is the entertainment space. One of the two living areas is equipped with a large chef’s kitchen with high-quality appliances, a large living room with wall TV, a shuffleboard table, foosball table, seating for in-home dining, and an abundance of board games. The other living area contains a billiards table, another sitting area with wall TV, and game tables.
Pool Heating*
There is an additional fee of $225 per night to heat up the swimming pool with a three night minimum.

House Rules:
-No professional photo/video shoots unless approved.
-Per city requirements, occupancy is restricted to 6 adults and their related dependent children, up to 20 guests total.
-A signed rental agreement is REQUIRED to book this home.
-No loud noise after 9pm. Violation of this rule will result in loss of security deposit and removal from the home without refund.
-Must be at least 30 years old to book.
-Do not tape anything to the walls and/or ceilings.
-Guests will be charge for any and all damage in the home resulting from their stay.
- There is no garage access as it has been converted into the game room. There is sizable room for parking in the driveway.
-Per city requirements, maximum family size is restricted to 6 adults and their related dependent children, up to 20 guests total.
-Any items left behind can be sent back for a handling fee of $25 plus the cost to ship and must be prepared before the item will be sent.
Cancellation Policy: Reservations can be cancelled for a full refund within 72 hours of booking. After that, reservations can be cancelled up until 7 days prior to check in for a 50% refund. No refunds are given within 7 days of check in date.
If you wish to change dates or reduce your length of stay, you must do so within 72 hours from booking. After 72 hours, you may not reschedule your reservation dates.
Removing nights after 72 hours will fall under our standard cancellation policy. You will receive a 50% refund of the night(s) removed up until 7 days prior to check in. No refunds are given within 7 days of check in.
