Welcome to The Enchanted Estate – Elevated Troon Mountain Villa at Whispering Ridge. Perched atop an elevated peak of Troon Mountain, you will be mesmerized by the unobstructed views of the natural AZ landscape, with iconic saguaros and natural boulder outcroppings scattered across the peaks.
Designed with spacious areas for entertainment, the main level is complimented by a true chefs kitchen that offers state of the art appliances, a plethora of counter space, and plenty of seating for everyone. As one of the four main access points to the backyard, this is a great place to gather and enjoy breakfast with coffee while admiring the morning sunrise over the custom pool and landscape.
Descending into the lower entertainment level, the home offers a large great room with tv, foosball, shuffleboard, classic arcade game, and wine fridge. Thoughtfully constructed, the open concept great room and living room allows everyone to be a part of the fun. The sliding glass doors offer access to corn hole and a personal putting green.
Ascending to the third level, there is a private Master bedroom with a generous private balcony overlooking the mountainous terrain of the city. The bathtub comes with a unique view and complete privacy alongside a rain shower with plenty of closet space. Adjacent to the master bedroom is a private yoga and massage room equipped with yoga mats, mirrors, bands and massage tables.
The second wing on the north side of the home is complete with 4 ensuite bedrooms. At the end of the hall, you will find an additional private guest suite that includes a queen bed, a secondary kitchen, a full bathroom, as well as private access to the outdoor pool. With all 6 bedrooms having en-suites, every guest will experience an enjoyable stay with privacy.
Entering the resort style backyard, experience a state-of-the-art misting system, outdoor fireplace, beautiful water feature, and outdoor kitchen. The heated* pool and spa are surrounded by the signature picturesque boulders that offers a completely private and tranquil experience.

Pool Heating*
There is an additional fee of $190 per night to heat up the swimming pool with a three night minimum. This is paid after the reservation is made.

House Rules:
*Please note that this is an ideal space for families and friends that are looking for a quiet, serene, stay amongst the beauty of the desert. This is not a fit for groups looking for late nights and high energy. This is a family neighborhood so we stress no parties or events.*
-No professional photo/video shoots unless approved.
-Occupancy is limited to the max amount of guests shown in the listing.
-A signed rental agreement is REQUIRED to book this home.
-No loud noise after 9pm. Violation of this rule will result in loss of security deposit and removal from the home without refund.
-Must be at least 30 years old to book.
-Do not tape anything to the walls and/or ceilings.
-Guests will be charge for any and all damage in the home resulting from their stay.
-There is no garage access at the home, however there is sizable room for parking for 4 vehicles in the driveway.
-Per city requirements, maximum family size is restricted to 6 adults and their related dependent children, up to 18 guests total.
-Any items left behind can be sent back for a handling fee of $25 plus the cost to ship and must be prepared before the item will be sent.
Cancellation Policy: Reservations can be cancelled for a full refund within 72 hours of booking. After that, reservations can be cancelled up until 7 days prior to check in for a 50% refund. No refunds are given within 7 days of check in date.
If you wish to change dates or reduce your length of stay, you must do so within 72 hours from booking. After 72 hours, you may not reschedule your reservation dates.
Removing nights after 72 hours will fall under our standard cancellation policy. You will receive a 50% refund of the night(s) removed up until 7 days prior to check in. No refunds are given within 7 days of check in.
