As one of the closest residential homes to Uptown, Villa D’Vaquero gives you effortless access to Sedona’s best restaurants, shops, art galleries, and scenic trails — no car needed.
Inside, rustic elegance greets you with vaulted ceilings, natural stone finishes, and a grand fireplace anchoring the living room. With 5 bedrooms and 5 full bathrooms, including a detached private-entry casita with its own kitchenette, the home easily accommodates up to 15 guests — perfect for extended families or group getaways.
Step outside and you’ll find the kind of outdoor spaces you dream about:

House Rules:
-No professional photo/video shoots unless approved.
-Occupancy is limited to the max amount of guests shown in the listing.
-A signed rental agreement is REQUIRED to book this home.
-No loud noise after 9pm. Violation of this rule will result in loss of security deposit and removal from the home without refund.
-Must be at least 30 years old to book.
-Do not tape anything to the walls and/or ceilings.
-Guests will be charge for any and all damage in the home resulting from their stay.
-Any items left behind can be sent back for a handling fee of $25 plus the cost to ship and must be prepared before the item will be sent.
Cancellation Policy: Reservations can be cancelled for a full refund within 72 hours of booking. After that, reservations can be cancelled up until 7 days prior to check in for a 50% refund. No refunds are given within 7 days of check in date.
If you wish to change dates or reduce your length of stay, you must do so within 72 hours from booking. After 72 hours, you may not reschedule your reservation dates.
Removing nights after 72 hours will fall under our standard cancellation policy. You will receive a 50% refund of the night(s) removed up until 7 days prior to check in. No refunds are given within 7 days of check in.

Amazing location!!!!
by SamAmazing location!!!! Everything was walkable. Beautiful house and grounds. Loved having the gate which made us feel very safe. Plenty of room, plenty of bathrooms, great kitchen and dining area for our group.
Truly felt like a home away from home
by MahaWe had an absolutely fantastic stay! The accommodation was spotless, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable — it truly felt like a home away from home. The location couldn’t have been better; being right in Uptown Sedona made it so easy to explore the shops, restaurants, and stunning red rock views just steps away. The host was exceptional — very accommodating, friendly, and quick to respond to any questions we had. Their flexibility and recommendations made our trip even more enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Sedona!

This house totally exceeded our expectations
by JanetThe location of the house is absolutely perfect. Very close to everything but still quiet and relaxing. The house was so beautiful with plenty of room for extended family. We were in Sedona for my son\'s wedding and the house had ample space for everyone. The multiple bathrooms were perfect when everyone had to get ready at the same time for the big event. This house totally exceeded our expectations.
